Payment and Shipping Notes

Payment Required within 7 days of Auction.  If you are waiting to buy other items, please contact me.  If you are done and you haven't received an invoice, please request one before paying to get the most accurate shipping charge.    Items will be shipped within two business days of cleared payment.  First class items will be shipped in envelopes whenever possible.

If you have not paid after 7 days of your oldest auction, I will send you a warning. If I have not yet sent you a final invoice, I will do so. I will give you a day after that warning then file a UPI report. If I have to do this, you may be blocked. If you have not paid 8 days after that, you will get a strike. I will no longer remove strikes.  I can no longer leave negative Feedback to warn other sellers about you. Therefore all strikes are final. If eBay wants to remove it, that's their business, but I will not deal with you ever again and your item will be relisted.

When someone buys multiple items I combine them into as few boxes as possible to save on shipping and charge them what the USPS charges me plus a small handling fee to cover the cost of the box and packaging.  If you wish to know what the combined shipping for a group of items will be, please send me a message with a list of the items you think you will win and I will get back to you with an estimated price based on the weight of the items without packaging plus an estimated weight for packing.  Estimated price may be more or less than the price I send you on the final invoice.

Again, if you have won multiple items, please request an invoice for accurate shipping costs.  eBay's estimations may be higher than the actual shipping cost.  We have improved our combined total estimations since last year, but things still happen.

Q:     What is your return policy?
A:     Shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be sent via PayPal after return of product.
   
Q:     Do you combine shipping?
A:     Yes, but I do not give huge discounts. I will charge you based on the weight of the items as this is how the USPS calculates shipping costs. I will send you an invoice based on USPS charges. I do not inflate shipping to profit, but I will not lose money on it either. See the link about combined shipping at the bottom of each description area.
   
Q:     I recieved an invoice but I'm still looking...
A:     Fine, I can wait. Just request another invoice when you are done. If you don't know how to do that click the help link at the top of almost any page on eBay. I will stop you from combining after seven days (or if the next auction ends after the 7day period) to keep you from constantly seeing "one more thing".
   
Q:     What will you do if I wait to pay? You can't give me negatives anymore.

Q:     I'm ordering this for a friend can you ship it to their house?
A:     No. If I do that and you claim you never got it or if you turn out to be someone who stole another person's account or credit card, I will not be protected.
   
Q:     How much to end the auction right now and give it to me?
A:     Again, not an option. Making a deal outside of the auction would leave me unprotected from a scammer.
   
Q:     When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:     It varies depending on where you live and what shipping method you chose. I will ship the item within two business days.
   
Q:     Why did you warn me in the eBay message center and not send a reminder invoice like some other sellers?
A:     A recent problem buyer has forced me to stop doing this. They kept bringing up the date of the reminder invoice saying it was the only one I sent them even when I had records to prove otherwise. So from now on I will only send out a new invoice if something has changed.s
